Claire Ouimet is originally from Skegness, England where the rolling countryside gently meets the ocean. Inspired by the great European art and architecture she would see on her trips to London and beyond, she pursued her love of painting at Lincoln Art College. After moving to California she continued her studies with highly respected painters in the US. In 1996 Claire founded her company, Artful Finishes. Claire’s skill and strong sense of design soon garnered her a long list of clients and diverse projects. Since then Artful Finishes has continued to grow; she works with interior designers and private home owners located throughout the United States and Europe. Claire is a member of the “Salon”, an international organization of the top decorative painters.
